Pointe Noire and Brazzaville

ongoing projects in the cities of Pointe Noire and Brazzaville

Our teams have been actively involved in visiting the port sites where new infrastructure will be constructed, as well as identifying suitable locations for the establishment of a shipyard. Additionally, we have been working on plans for the reconstruction of the beach in Brazzaville.

Lola Group is contributing to the development of infrastructure and maritime facilities in Congo Brazzaville. Our aim is to raise awareness about these initiatives and garner support from stakeholders and the public alike.

a Meeting also took place in Brazzaville at the office of the Minister of Économie Fluviale et Voies Navigable/River Economics and Inland Waterways.  This meeting presents an excellent opportunity to discuss our projects in more detail and to further collaborate with relevant authorities.

SIGNED A CONTRACT

LOLA GROUP AND BYHOLDING

LOLA GROUP AND BYHOLDING signed a contract with the ‘HOUSING PROMOTION FUND’ (FUNDO PARA O FOMENTO DE HABITAÇÃO – FFH) for 640 apartments units (T2, T3, and T4) in Maputo, Mozambique. Photos were taken during the celebration of the contract.

AMBASSADOR OF TURKEY

Lola Group and Byholding visited the Ambassador of Turkey and the Commercial Counselor to officially announce their presence in Mozambique with the aim of concluding protocols of agreement in various sectors. The delegation was led by the two CEOs.

On September 11th, the Lola Group Team and Byholding visited the ‘Investment Fund and Assets of Water Supply (FIPAG)’ “FUNDO DE INVESTIMENTO E PATRIMÓNIO DO ABASTECIMENTO DE ÁGUA “FIPAG”to discuss an investment exceeding USD 700M for a desalination and energy plant in Maputo, Mozambique.

Dialogue meeting

Lola Group – Turkey meets financial institutions in Accra- Ghana 23rd March 2023. The purpose of the Dialogue meeting is to give mandate to Lola Group to negotiate funding for them to serve their clientel (Women/Youth in banking, Reach out to 147 rural and community banks, NGOs, etc).
The college for community and organisational development (CCOD); Using the Directorate for OD consultancy and action research services (DODCARS) is facilitating the process as local partner for Ghana and West Africa.
