SINCE 1996

During year 1992 Mr. Lola Benkita left University and start small business which make him traveling around the world, year 1996 register a company called Ciel New Vision Agencies first in South Africa then DRC, the company main purposes was importers and Exporters, couriers and freight services, later own register new Company Heaven New World, following by P and L Multi business cc,Group Decarne cc, Congo Airlink, Golden West RSA, then during 2007 met with Danie Laas, Vivian Fray and Lola Benkita the three register company called Weroka Holdings, had a vision and a passion for urgent need for infrastructure development in Africa, and identified the need for Coordinating Consultants.

Initially they started in Angola and in 2008 expanded to Democratic Republic of Congo, registering a holding company, Weroka Holding (SPRL)(DRC), in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

In 2018 WEROKA GAMBIA was registered. WEROKA GAMBIA now has six directors in total, all adding value to what Weroka Gambia represents.

The Directors and Staff of WEROKA GAMBIA come from diverse backgrounds with a wide variety of talent, knowledge and experience which makes each one unique in his / her own right. Combined, they are a team of achievers, adding enormous value to the task at hand. Same year 2007, met with Freddy Mokumo the two have an idea of assisting Africa countries for infrastructures developments later we register NFM MULICONSTING, then NFM ONE, worked with two sister company TOBE CARE (PTY) LTD and LBM CONSULTING (PTY), LTD,

Later stage on Year 2015, Lola Benkita Register Company in Turkey Lola Group Turkey, Lola Group South Africa and SAGES LTD in BATUMI/Georgia, our mission as Coordinating Consultants, is to function in partnership with investors; contractors;
engineers and the governments, as the “Gateway / Bridge” to the much needed infrastructural development projects in Africa.

We are aware of past wrong-doings by greed-driven corrupt elements, from both private as well as government individuals; private and foreign companies promising financial assistance and socio-economic upliftment, but never keeping their promises.

We believe that these perceptions and misunderstanding can be overcome and constraints minimised through partnership with us. Lola Group as Coordinating Consultants will act in the best interest of all parties, i.e. contracting partners, investors and the government. A win-win situation.

Lola Group’s goal is to support and act in the best interest of the Government and its people, in order to add value and improve the quality of life of all its citizens, regardless of the nature of the project.

Lola Group strongly believe in Macro Economic Development, never losing sight of the socio-economical and environmental impact that any project may have on that particular area, with the local people in mind, example:

Sustainable employment (job creation) and empowerment of the local and rural communities.
Transfer of skills.
Projects must have socio-economic benefits that add value for those communities involved.
Projects must have a positive influence that enhance and protect the resources, i.e. tourism, industry, forests, minerals, etc.

Africa deserves the highest priority and attention at this moment as we believe that Africa is the continent for now and the future. Lola Group is striving to expand its operations into Africa in support of the initiatives of new partnership for Africa Development – embracing its aims and objectives. Company is committed to the provision and rendering of services are affordable, effective and of a high standard to all African and/ or global communities, without neglecting the previously disadvantaged groups.
